This is Tak Seng a.k.a 2n+1 boy, I'm not sure whether he really has Down's Syndrome or not but Alex says he has the 2n+1 kinda face so that makes him 2n+1. Despite that, he's a nice person except that you don't really know what he's saying and seeing him do weird things from time to time.
